The teamwork and camaraderie of the staff is second-to-none.  Perhaps it’s personal and professional fulfillment in helping patients and families during the most vulnerable times in their lives or the inherent support of being surrounded by compassionate caregivers.  Whatever the reason, Hospice Alliance provides opportunity for employees to experience growth and support.

The hard work and dedication of our staff has been recognized by back-to-back Hospice Honors awards in 2014 and 2015. In fact, in 2015, Hospice Alliance earned the exclusive “elite” status, which only 2% of the hospices utilizing Deyta, a healthcare survey company, received.  These awards were based on ratings returned by caregivers who we supported in providing hospice services for their loved ones.
